HR Operations Portfolio
Building Better Employee Experiences Through Thoughtful HR Operations
This portfolio contains fictional case studies created to demonstrate HR Operations skills, documentation practice, and continuous learning.

Why I created this project
I built this self-directed case study to exercise that muscle: thinking through People Operations problems end to end and building the kinds of resources I have seen used on real teams. Everything here is fictional, written to show how I would organize, document, and improve employee-facing processes.
