Hi! My name is Princess. I started out in Sales and that's actually where I found my passion for the people space. Watching the impact employee experience has on a team showed me how much I care about this work.

I think HR is such a quiet, behind-the-scenes field, but it's genuinely one of the most meaningful ones out there. It shapes the entire structure of a company, even when nobody's really talking about it.

I built this portfolio as a way to test myself, to see if I could actually create the kinds of things I'd seen used at companies I've worked for. It's part refresher on the skills I want to keep building, and part way to show that even though I'm early in my HR career, I understand how this work actually gets done.
